Allow thoughtbot to control your machine

Follow these steps to allow thoughtbot technical support personnel to temporarily control your computer:

1. Download and run this file: remotesupport.exe (184KB .exe file)
2. In the dialog which appears, double click on “thoughtbot Remote Support” as shown in the figure below.

This will give thoughtbot technical support personnel full control of your computer, so that we can attempt to resolve the problems you are experiencing.

When the support session is done, the thoughtbot technician will close the session. You can do this at any time by right-clicking on “tb” icon in your task bar and choosing “Close”.
