Email Service Information
IMAP, POP & Webmail Access
- POP Server – pop.thoughtbot.com
- IMAP Server – imap.thoughtbot.com
- SMTP Server – smtp.thoughtbot.com
- Webmail system – http://webmail.thoughtbot.com
You must use the username@domain format (your full email address) for the “username” field when you use any of these methods to retrieve your email.
Password maintenance
To change your password:
- Login to the webmail system
- Follow the Settings menu link, in the upper right hand corner.
- Enter your current password in the Current Password field
- Enter your new password in the New Password field, and again in the Confirm New Password field.
- Click the Change button.
- The Webmail application will display a confirmation of the change.
